Nam Ha Co. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains our practices for Siulang: Paws Match (the “Game”) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).
No Personal Data Collection by Us
We do not collect, store, use, share, or process any personal data from users. This means we do not obtain:
- No emails, nicknames, profile pictures, names, phone numbers, or other contact information
- No unique device IDs, advertising IDs, IP addresses, or other identifiers for tracking or profiling
- No gameplay analytics, play time, clicks/taps, levels completed, or similar usage data sent to our servers
- No crash reports, error logs, device models, memory usage, network details, or technical information transmitted to us
- No location data (precise or coarse)
- No other personal or identifiable information
All core gameplay (including local progress saving) happens entirely on your device. We do not have servers that receive or store any user-specific data.
Cloud Save Feature
The Game offers optional cloud save functionality to sync your progress across your own devices. This is powered exclusively by platform-native services:
- On iOS: iCloud (tied to your Apple ID)
- On Android: Google Play Games Saved Games (tied to your Google account)
These services handle all syncing directly between your devices and Apple/Google’s infrastructure. We do not receive, access, control, or see your save data, any identifiers, or any personal information through this feature. We do not use any custom backend or third-party cloud service for saves. In-App Purchases
The Game may offer in-app purchases. These are processed and fulfilled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive your payment details, email, name, or other personal information — only anonymized transaction confirmations (if required for delivery) that do not identify you personally. See:

Third Parties & No Tracking
We do not integrate any advertising networks (no Unity Ads, Google AdMob, etc.), analytics tools (no Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.), attribution services, or other third-party SDKs that would collect, track, or profile user data.
The only third-party interactions are:
- Apple App Store / Google Play (for distribution, updates, payments, and platform cloud save)
- Your device’s operating system (for any automatic, anonymized crash reporting you do not control or access)
We have no agreements with, and do not share any data with, other parties.
Because we collect no personal data:
- There is nothing to share, sell, disclose, retain long-term, or transfer internationally on our part.
- No data retention policy applies to user data (none exists).
- No user rights requests (access, deletion, etc.) are necessary or possible for data we do not hold.
Children’s Privacy
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. As no data is collected by us, this applies to all users.
Security
Since we collect and store no personal data, there are no user-specific data security concerns from our Services. Any local data on your device is protected by your device’s security features.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever modify the Game to collect any personal data, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide clear in-game or store-listing notice well in advance. As long as this version is active, the no-collection commitments apply fully.
